Owner/ Stylist / Educator

Sarah Sheppard is the owner/operator of Wylde + Lowe Salon, a concept salon that brings amazing artists together while giving the stylists the ability to mold their own careers., as well as being an educator for Goldwell where she serves as a technical expert and mentor training salon professionals on the brand's specific color chemistry, application techniques, and creative formulations to ensure high-quality, predictable results for their clients.

The Journey

It began with her studies of cosmetology in Nashville, TN. She then relocated to MA where she entered an apprenticeship on Newbury St. in Boston. Once finished, her path lead her to Andover, MA. Where she has continued to develop a dedicated clientele and an outstanding reputation. Her infusion of artistic flair and technical precision has given her the opportunity to work as an onsite stylist for numerous designer fashion shows, receive recognition in colorist competitions, perform platform work and lead styling on published editorial magazines. As an independent hairstylist she has the opportunity to provide exemplary services to clients, attend leading industry education, and to continue to grow as an educator to become a stylist’s stylist. After attaining her goal of becoming an educator Sarah set her sites on opening a creative space for independent stylists to call home. In 2023 Wylde & Lowe | Salon opened the doors and brought that vision into reality!
